SSH Connection Error

I am trying to connect to my SSH but keep getting the error:

ssh_packet_read: Connection reset by peer

I am not sure what is going wrong. I am connected to a school network which my be the issue but I have tried it on the student and teacher logins so I am unsure as to if that would be an issue. Let me know if you guys have any ideas. Thanks!

What host are you using? Ultimately, you may need to contact them, but there may be some resources out there for connecting that could assist first.

jordanjay29 Godaddy Hosting. I know they support SSH as yesterday it was working fine but today I could not access it.

Are you on Windows? Can you do a tracert to the IP you SSH into? And paste the output here?

For example, if I were to try for flarum.org, I'd use tracert 192.30.252.153 in a command prompt on Windows.

Make sure you do this under the same login and network you're having connection problems on.

i3itCoin You connect at school, right? I suspect the network there is the issue (usually schools use a VPN or intranet that you have to go through to get outside to the Internet).

On Mac, you can follow this guide.

If I'm right, you may not find the problem at home. But it's also something that you and Godaddy may have to work out, it's not a Flarum issue. ?
