Please make a extension in which we can simply type html java script css in discussions and it should execute as I will be using flarum as my website not forum hahahahh as flarum styles, look, smoothness is ultra good and works faster on every device hahhahahahhahahha.

Running html, css, or especially JS provided by users is a very, very, very bad idea. This explicitly facilitates a type of hack called XSS.

What exactly are you hoping to achieve?

You can already do it more or less with custom styles and tags in the heading/footer area or with addons like this.
Having said that trying to transform flarum in a personal website doesn't sound like a good idea (just look at what happend with wordpress...), using the right tool for the right job will give you a better result than trying to bend it to your usecase.

Have you considered fof polls? Clark's Formulaire premium extension might also do some of what you need.
