Install Question

aaronhall do you want to use a folder at all? The point of this step is to not have a subdirectory install.

I want it at mydomain.org

Can I move all the files to the public_html folder and install so its at MyDomain.org ?

I did those steps and went to my domain..it it just says "This page isn’t workingMYDOMAIN.org is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500"

I edited the .htaccess file as it said and changed the site.php file...am I missing something?

(I changed my domain to mydomain, as not sure if that a security issue right now until its installed.)

I also noticed I don't see a config.php file anywhere....I have a web.config file...

Thanks, it worked.
But now I have a database connection error:

Something went wrong: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'chriwlml_flarumuser '@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I entered the name of my database, the username and the password....I even made sure the username was assigned all privileges to the databse.

aaronhall try changing password for database and upadate it in config.php

also check for minor typo mistakes.
