How to set background and footer links

Hi, how can i set this things on Flarum.
Please send codes, thanks.

1. Own image background (but I don't want the background to appear in the header only in the page body)
2. How to set footer links to be next to each other e.g. and link to some pages e.g. Help - Rules etc. I use the FoF Pages plugin. And I need to link those pages to my footer page. I guess I can use the prepared HTML field in the administration.. or maybe some other plugin but that's probably unnecessary isn't it ?

3. How to edit text color of Start a Discussion and header text of tags. I use light color on my website so text is not visible and i need make it black color. Is it necessary to use about elements for each element separately? eg to be able to change colors differently .. I'm not such an advanced user in CSS.

Yes this code i use so background shows in header of page,, so i must edit my bg image its better way..
This code not help,, it will change black font everywhere ..I only need it in certain places, so it will probably be necessary to distinguish it, add an element or I don't know what.

What do you mean with header? The <header> element with the Hero class? This should come with it's own background out of the box.

Text color of "Start a Discussion" button: .IndexPage-nav .Button-label { ... }

Tag title in header: [class^="IndexPage IndexPage--tag"] .Hero-title { ... }

Tag description in header: [class^="IndexPage IndexPage--tag"] .Hero-subtitle { ... }

I mean in header there, if i set my background, so it's also displayed in the header, but I guess i can't turn it off for the header.
