is it WordPress or GitHub pages? definitely not WordPress .. or PHP docs i don't know but it looks awesome the font and all .. the loading speed .. everything is perfect

Whatever tool you used tries to do its best to guess what docs is using, but fails. That is also one of the reasons we now have a X-Powered-By header in Flarum that says Flarum so that bots can identify what sites are using Flarum; builtwith.com already uses it.
