Darkle With a new version I think the rolling release will change, but I assume that the upgrade will be free as with W10.
In my professional capacity, I've used Windows since 1985 (guess my age 😆) - from Windows 286 right the way through to current releases (Windows 10, Server 2019 etc), and given that it's the primary operating system where I work (I'm head of IT and Chief Information Security Officer) it's an impossibility that I will no longer support or entertain it.
On the personal front, I switched to Linux (currently a KDE Neon user) and never looked back. Sure, there's some things that Linux cannot and will never be able to do, but I like freedom - both in the sense of software, and also in the sense of the majority of malware etc.
