Hi, i want to maintain the Persian Language for flarum.

i had already created an account in weblate with the same user name as this account.

Is there anything else that i should know before start translating?

how can I contribute on spanish translations? Do I have to register in https://weblate.rob006.net/ and after that, what happens?
I suppose that someone has to approve the translation but, when it will be able? I want to translate some extensions and I installed fof/linguist but this is a temporal solution and if I'm going to translate anyway... I prefer helping others too.

SkakashiS If you create an account, you can translate directly at https://weblate.rob006.net/languages/es/flarum/. Your work should be exported to flarum-lang/spanish in 1-2 hours. You don't need to wait for approval, if you use version from main branch - you can install it using composer require flarum-lang/spanish:dev-main command.

rob006 I'm translating in the website you linked me and I saw how it is being exported to Github. However, I don't see the changes reflected on my forum.
I'm not using comand lines because my host does not allow me but I have tryied to add flarum-lang/spanish:dev-main in Extension manager and it seems that does not work. I don't know if it is because it does not recognize that package or because I have installed flarum-lang/spanish.

SkakashiS Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with extension manager, but you need to update language pack in order to fetch changes form GitHub to your forum (don't forget to clear cache after that). If extensions managers doesn't have any option to change version constraint for specific extension, you may try to remove flarum-lang/spanish and then add it again as flarum-lang/spanish:dev-main.

jslirola I have added new translations now. I updated some core ones (the have been updated in English too). However there were some translations the are waiting confirmation. I am not familiar with the transaltion tool but if someone can have a look to it. It will be awesome to have new pacakges transalted 🙂

If you can let me know when you approve all those translations to a new version of the spanish version I will apreciate it so I can change again the branch to the main one. 🙂

Anonymous41 AFAIK there is no automatic way to export these translations. You can register at https://weblate.rob006.net/projects/flarum/ and cope-paste them one by one.
