How to make copyright of logo and name

I want to make the users that try to register same name as mine copyrighted and I want that I should have control on them like https://flarum.org/legal

[deleted] Highly dependent on your countries trademark laws and things of that nature. Also it doesn't prevent anyone from making fake websites, it just makes it so that if you want to spend the money to get them in legal trouble you have the means to do so. Again as katos pointed out it would be best to seek a legal professional who specializes in trademark law.

[deleted] For the majority of people, unless you're pulling in a large number of users /month or reaching a large target, or in a very highly competitive niche, then there is likely no point in a trademark until you expand your brand and your audience.

[deleted] this actually depends, In India, we can apply for logo trademark and brand trademark. ClearTax website does this .. there is a fee of around 5k INR.

first, we need to apply and they will give us a TM certificate .. and for the next 3-5 years they will look for similar companies if they find it unique they will give us a title as REGISTERED we will get R certificate. there are a couple of videos in youtube on this.

but let's say if apple has TM and someone from India established a company on the same name and they sell actual apple fruits and not into technology and not using similar logo like the apple in such a scenario apple can not file a suit against that user cuz they are not misusing apple brand or logo. there are many scenarios but it's all about protecting your brand logo and image. (I'm not into intellectual property rights 😃 )

So which is possible way to stop them like I have one case I written a very proper and good looking a HTML/Css Article with Polls and all that and someone copied it so how can I take action on them.
