How do I change the home page link?

Hello, thank you very much for this excellent forum and this is my first post
I want to change the forum link from https://tqarb.com/flarum/public/ to https://tqarb.com/flarum/
And Can I translate the forum into another language such as Arabic? I have experience in converting the direction from ltr to rtl, but I want to inquire about changing the phrases

We have a wide variety of community contributed language packs which you can find here, but there currently doesn't look to be one that is actively being maintained for your language, unfortunately 🙁 feel free to fork any of the ones that are available and let us know if you require any assistance with setting up shop to get your language pack developed and released into the Flarum extension ecosystem 😃

In hindsight, please do take a look at our docs about language packs and how to install them.

You can change it in config.php. But, you need to install forum in that sub folder.
