Flarum via local install

Hi, I downloaded composer and then xampp, when I installed composer I added the php path from xampp to the installation and then command line launched composer and installed Flarum in a folder on my desktop.
I uploaded the files to FTP and installed Flarum.

My questions are, I'm not going to do too much modification of Flarum, I want to add about maximum only 3 addons that I tested.
How do I update the add-ons and Flarum if I do this locally ?

a) Do I still need to have the entire Flarum folder on my desktop ?
b) Or just when a plugin update comes out download it via composer and throw it into FTP.
c) Then how does it work for the whole update and the new version of Flarum
d) And how is possible remove addons in this case ?

A lot of people write that it's this complicated, I've tried both ways. I don't find it complicated unless you are making radical changes to Flarum and installing x dozens of plugins etc otherwise practically it's pretty simple.

I guess it won't make a difference! With Windows, just go to the Powershell and execute the Composer commands there...

Yes, but in that case it means that:

If I want to uninstall something (I have to deactivate it in the administration)
and then copy the entire FTP content to the PC and use composer to uninstall it and then copy it back to the FTP ?
How is it then with the plugin files in the database ?

If i want download any plugin why is download all files again ? Why is not download only this plugin in folder.
Is possible to download ftp files and put to folder in desktop and via composer download plugin, take this plugin files and copy back to ftp ?

How is with cache, is possible to fast delete ?

It looks like you are attempting to install Flarum in a way we don't support https://docs.flarum.org/install.html#server-requirements

While it is technically possible to run Flarum without SSH access, we can't guarantee we will be able to help you if something goes wrong. You are going to have to do some of your own research if you want to pursue this route.

The reason Flarum extensions can't just be dropped in a folder is that they are often not self-contained. Extensions are Composer packages, which can have dependencies and platform requirements of their own, which require a working Composer setup to install and update.

Composer is a complex tool so I wouldn't recommend anyone without advanced knowledge of how Composer works to install in a way that's different from our officially supported method which is running Composer on the server itself.
