010101 I guess you’re talking about something more robust, but there’s the hashtag extension. If you use that and add the same hashtag to multiple posts, then click on a hashtag, you see all the posts with that hashtag.

It seems it doesn't have its own topic here on discuss. Did anyone manage to install it? Looks like it doesn't match minimum stability while it's marked as compatible with Flarum v1.0.4 on extiverse.

ctml Arnold I don't think it's been updated for 1.0, even though extiverse shows it as compatible. I believe it's written by @clarkwinkelmann , so maybe he could confirm.
clarkwinkelmann Taxonomies will officially be released with the marketplace framework Flamarkt in a few weeks. There's a version compatible only with Flarum beta 13 on the FriendsOfFlarum namespace but it won't be released there in the end.
