I confirm this problem appeared after switching into night mode and back to light version.
Clearing cache doesnt work.
Updating isnt working (updated yesterday)

The history of problem to clarify:
You upload new theme - perfect. But didnt work backend menu of creating links in footer.
You made update and fixed this issue. Footer links is working.

Then i (and probably guy above) switched theme to dark mode and back to light.
Today i was woke up early and saw this problem.
Nothing's been changed in whole forum by me since then.

Noew i'm gonna test it in new installation and say what it is.

Okay that how it works. By new installation
Probably dark mode isnt a problem.

Created few links - its okay.
Then i deleted these links (clear footer) - and this problem appeared.
And it breaks also backend. Cant click "Edit" now
