Theme extension boilerplate

Hey, guys! I have an idea to make a couple of beautiful (I hope) Flarum themes. And while for myself I can make it via admin panel and custom css, it better to be done as extension to share it for everyone.

And I thought that it would be great if someone from the Flarum team could make a boilerplate for such an extension. Just a skeleton to use and so the people good with CSS and design will be able to use it to create themes easily. I am sure that it will be useful not only to me but it will kickstart a lot of new Flarum themes 👌

Arnold The boilerplate would be identical to that of a normal extension, so if you use the flarum-cli to start an extension it'll create the boilerplate for you and you can directly commence writing CSS/LESS to the LESS files.

SychO it definitely is an option for some people, but most of those who are good at design aren't that good at development and using the cli, at least in its current not so well documented condition, will be pretty confusing.

It would be so much easier just to download a boilerplate from github and start to write CSS/LESS in already included CSS file 👌
