1Dot When a user requests deletion, we take it seriously. There are privacy laws that can hold us accountable, which is why we have a privacy policy and why Flarum is coded to do a deep clean when users are deleted. So when you requested that your account was deleted previously, we obliged and removed all personal data associated with that account.
The simple answer is no. There's no easy way to restore that data, and the laws that guide our thinking on deletion make it unwise to do so anyway.
For the record, we don't appreciate any community member who creates a separate account in order to avoid a suspension. Usually that just gets you another suspension. We covered this before in another post, so seeing you boasting about doing so here and in your user bio is walking a very thin line. We try to create a positive community that fosters progressive behavior, not regressive, and it would be wise to stop making references to your old accounts unless necessary.
