Walys autally one of my friend has a reseller account with a hosting company he created one account for my org, i am hosting flarum at different vps and using email from different provider SMTP. so far everything works .. no limitations. we just need to add notes at forgot password page saying keep a eye on your spam box.
all discuss flarum emails goto spam in hotmail and gmail too
i recommend you to go with some .tk domains and get hosting and use their email server.
these days no one cares about the domain name. if your company name is flarum create .tk domain like flarum-mail.tk
