Header_Footer I don't have an estimate for release yet, currently realtime is active on discuss and our clients. Publishing realtime as a premium extension requires a slight change on extiverse. I expect that to happen soon though (two weeks).
Running one realtime daemon for multiple communities, right now, is not possible. I intentionally removed that functionality to keep the implementation simple. You can install this extension on multiple communities and servers and assign different ports to circumvent this. Otherwise the kyrne extension should be able to Support multiple communities hitting one server daemon.
