1Dot That's true, but description of this extension should be hones about its drawbacks, and "without any heavy server load except very low-end servers" is far from that. Performance problem is not exclusive for low-end servers, it is just easier to accidentally single-handedly kill server with low resources. But if you have better server, you usually have also bigger traffic, and performance issues may be even more problematic in this case.
