[deleted] If it's set correctly, it does NOT require interaction. I used Pusher for over a year on my first forum, and never had to reload or anything. It works as a websocket should do.
Yes, that's my understanding of and experience with Pusher too.
I have just checked this on three different Flarum installs using pusher, two that are live and a test site, and all of them showed new posts almost instantly in other windows without any interaction.
