As a precursor, backup the database before running any sql queries.
But this excerpt should be helpful to showing you how to do it:
- backup the database to mybackup.sql
- login to mysql shell
- run UPDATE on the favicon_path setting to favicon.svg (it seems to look in
/public/assets
so favicon.svg should be located at /public/assets/favicon.svg
)
$ mysqldump -uusername -p databasename > mybackup.sql
$ mysql -uusername -p databasename
mysql > UPDATE `settings` SET `value` = 'favicon.svg' WHERE `settings`.`key` = 'favicon_path';
