Change settings of an extension before enabling it?

For now, we have to enable the extension to view and change settings.

But in some cases, enabling the extension will automatically enable its default settings, which can lead to some strange things happening on the forum.

For example, as long as I enable HeaderSlideShow, large black slides appear on the forum homepage...Then I need time to set it up.

Maybe we can check and save the settings before enabling it?

But offline mode doesn't allow access to administrators. (flarum/core1732)

So...It's a contradiction. Doesn't that bother anyone? If we are in maintenance mode, we can't change the settings of the extension, which doesn't make sense.

You're the first to voice this and I think you're right. We do need to make admin available again when maintenance is enabled (#guerilla).

What I usually do is toggle setting during deployment if I have to.
