Do you want to store user credentials on the website or in flarum
I dont know what you mean by this, in my perfect world they will both equally be responsible for the credentials
Does the site have some kind of oauth available or a way to do underwater pre-authentication
So I tried to make my Flask app also an OAuth server but that proved beyond me for now... For now, as a hacky way to succeed in my endeavor, make my flask login use bcrypt python library so I can use the Flarum user db as my user db for my flask app, hopefully, this works.
Do the site and forum love on the same domain perhaps, this could allow for cookie sharing.
The flask app uses the main domain and my Flarum uses a subdomain so yes they are on the same domain, but on different machines.
I want to get OAuth working but like I said its too crazy for me and there is close to zero good docs on how to set that up (that I found) I found this one: CLICK but it is more of a skeleton and I got very lost...
