rafaelzgz your installation might have timed out and some Composer dependencies might be missing.
If you have not reached the installation page yet, you could try installing again and verify Composer doesn't encounter any error or time out during download.
If your forum was running prior to the issue, you could delete the vendor folder and run composer install to re-download everything.
