I've been using W11 since it dropped to Dev Insider channels, just like EvilExecutor.

I've noticed some minor graphical hiccups, like the taskbar not actually being centred at times, duplicating tray icons, missing app icons in the taskbar, but nothing that has really affected my use of Windows.

File Explorer feels slow and prone to crashes when interacting with LOTS of files in one folder (several thousands), but I don't know if this was the case in Windows 10 too.

I would definitely love to upgrade to Windows 11, however my processor is not supported. I have an Intel Core i5-7600K.

Looks like I'll have to upgrade my CPU before I can get my hands on the goods. 🙁 I built my PC myself about four years ago so I was bound to get to a time where I would have to upgrade something.

Hari It's quite ridiculous for Microsoft to not allow it officially, of course you can try to install it via this unofficial method, although it risks not getting updates in the future (for which, you can always downgrade back). https://hothardware.com/news/microsoft-windows-11-installing-unsupported-hardware

I am running Windows 11 via the above method on my Windows VPS and it actually runs better than Windows 10; it has 18GB RAM and 160GB SSD.

Justoverclock I'm only messing. I honestly don't care what it is, but at the time that I bought my CPU, it was the best in its class. I'd go with either dependent on how it performs and probably the most important question, how much it costs. I don't always go with the most expensive if I can get more bang for my buck.
