An error appear when trying to install

Hey,

I just updated the Hebrew language (packagist url), so when I'm trying to install it, errors pops up:
Command:
composer require flabrew/flabrew:"*"

Error:

./composer.json has been updated

Flabrew doesn't seem to have any versions available you can install dev-master but it might not work.

composer require flabrew/flabrew:dev-master

composer require flabrew/flabrew:"*"

I added a new release which is includes the version 1.1, still can't install with "*"

Hello, try to uninstall windows and install, I did so and I can install normally too, unfortunately, I had this problem or try to more restart the computer
