This other post by @Hari inspired this thought. An extension so you can hand write your post or make a sketch. @clarkwinkelmann did this already in a way with his pumpkin carving extension. But it's separate from regular discussions.
I'm talking about if right now I needed to sketch an idea, I could tap a button and do this:

well, could be nice as an extension 
Kylo Personally I'm a huge https://excalidraw.com fan, an integration would be very interesting
This may not be the best one but there's also just basic vanilla JavaScript, no library, options. I'm thinking really simple/minimal. Just to be able to post a quick doodle.
