I thought I remember reading a long time ago web design articles that were like, never do a dark background with white text, it’s too hard for some people to read. But now, when in dark mode, dark backgrounds with light text is everywhere.
It’s always interesting to see how tastes and perceptions change.
For a minute there people were coming out with ways to reduce blue light at night versus full dark mode. I thought that was an interesting way to do it. But it doesn’t look as nice as dark mode. Because the screen turns a yellow/warm color.
