Can you try running the following in the Flarum installation directory:
rm -rf vendor
composer install --prefer-dist --no-dev -a
Then past the output of:
php flarum info -vvv
As a generic pointer we do not provide support through private channels. There are many reasons for that, the prime one that we all work on open source in our free time, another that we cannot collaboratively provide support that way. If you really wish to share the zip file, which in my opinion does nothing to help in solving your issues by the way, then please upload the zip somewhere and add a link here.
