Problem with permission(s)

Hello,

I have a problem with the permission system.
I have created two primary tags. One primary (News & Updates), the other secondary (Announcement & Updates).

The problem:
A member should not be allowed to write in the primary category, but in the subcategory. The rights are also set as you can see in the second screenshot. However, the user cannot create a discussion. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

nils-kt If a user cannot post in a primary tag, the user also cannot post in any of that tag's subtags. Flarum permissions follow a "most restrictive" principle, so if the user can't post in any of the tags, they can't create a discussion.
