Changing styles based on light or dark theme

So I have added an SVG as the logo for my forum and I was wondering how I would go about adding css in the light and dark themes so that I can change the colour of the logo based on the theme selected. I am not able to do it in custom css as it is 2 css files and not a tag for each theme.

Wraith simply wrap your rules for dark theme into this code:

       // your css here
}
