hover well, first of all you need an account on GitHub and on https://weblate.rob006.net/
And post here your username for both.
After that we will setup a repository and a language pack on both GitHub and weblate, we will give you access as a mantainer and you can start translating through a simple GUI on weblate.
The only things you need to do after some translations is to tag a new version on GitHub, and maybe post here what is translated into a dedicated discussion.
