Trying to install Flarum from Softaculous (Cpanel) in forum directory

Hello guys,

I am trying to install flarum from softaculous in my forum directory because on the main domain I will have another platform running. My webhost providers have SSH acces.

After installing it, it shows like domain.com/forum/public, I searched for the methots of removing /public and I found some methods, but I don't seem to understand them (I am new with flarum)

I get everything from public folder out on the public_html/forum directory then I change everything in .httacces, index.php, site.php, nginx, config.. but after all that the site is blank I followed all the steps, all of them -> from here

What can I do? I am trying for almost 3 days to solve this, can anyone help me solve it please?
Again, I have the forum directory in public_html/forum

Suiramus Hi , Im install flarum using Softaculous too. Now I want to remove the /public too.

Work fin with Softaculous (Cpanel)?

Bers_Ser It worked for me, you just need to enable all php extensions. Read install docs.
If you have access to cpanel you can use terminal. I think it is a more prefered method.
If you don't have terminal you can ask your host support to enable it.

Bers_Ser It used to work earlier, but now throwing some unknown error via softaculous fresh install
