Hari you can enable Cloudflare CDN to cache and serve static assets for any website, Flarum instances included.

I believe what luceos means is that some assets (avatars, uploads, etc) are hosted entirely through a CDN. This is done via a custom extension.

Aside from serving all communities at Blomstra behind cloudflare we also use fof upload with a custom driver. This custom driver uploads directly to Linode block storage/CDN which is publicly made available, again, behind CF.
