Hari ahtasnim language pack is not working goto admin panel and search for the English language, disable and enable it two or three times it should work as expected try to clear cache :::: storage > cache (empty files in that folder)
Hari ahtasnim since it is a fresh installation i am sure you must have installed using softaculous. goto composer and hit update if updating doesn't work i suggest you to do a fresh installation.
Hari ahtasnim pokethold is no longer supported (it's a flarum Installer) it would have been so easy. Are you running flarum in shared hosting?
