Where is the config.php?

Hi, my fresh flarum installation complains about the PHP version in /public and only displays the files and directories in the / directory Flarum Support Report

In the Flarum Troubleshoot page I find:

Check that your config.php is correct. For instance, make sure that the right url is being used (https vs http and case sensitivity matter here!).

Good point! I only find
root@localhost:/var/www/html/labi-list# find -name config.php ./vendor/intervention/image/src/config/config.php

vimming it suggests that this is something different.

Where can I set my URL?
Could this solve my problem?

robert-winkler config.php is created after a successful (web) installation.

If you have not completed the installation wizard it's normal for the file to not exist.

clarkwinkelmann I am using a mysql PaaS service and it used ssl-mode=require which I could change (in theory) by adding the options:
'options' => [
PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_SSL_MODE => 'require',
],
would it work if a create the config file by myself?

You are right! I run php flarum install and got the config.php.

  Command "info" is not defined.

Did I miss any installation steps?

robert-winkler it's the same situation as your other questions, this command will only be available after you complete the installation wizard. It's normal it doesn't exist until then.

Correct! Fixed by running php flarum install.
