Backup & Migrating Support

I am using flarum 1.0.0 for a year and it's great. Now i want to upgrade it to 1.3.0 and also i want to change my domain and server. My forum have more than 3000 posts and 1500 users. I just want to backup user and post data and then import it to the new flarum. Is there any solution for it?
I'm using shared hosting 😅

So the general process is like this:

if you don't use cloudflare: reduce the TTL on your domain A and www records to 60 (seconds), wait 24 hours
on your old server add "offline" => true, directly under "debug" => false in your config.php this will set Flarum in maintenance mode
stop any cronjobs/scheduled tasks and queue runners if you use them
create a dump of your database and import it on the new server
down all files from your old server except composer.lock and vendor and storage/cache
upload files to new server, run composer install --prefer-dist --no-dev -a on that server too, make sure that storage/cache as a directory does exist
update config.php with the database settings of the new server, they probably changed
update config.php by setting true to false for offline in config.php on the new server to disable maintenance on the new server
run php flarum cache:clear
update DNS to point A record and www to the new server
create and start any cronjobs/scheduled tasks and queue runners if you use them
open your browser and wait for your community to show without maintenance mode turned on; this is how you know the dns cascaded throughout the internet
if you don't use cloudflare; increase the TTL on your domain A and www record to 24 hours.

Some notes:

In case your domain also receives or sends email, you will need to update MX, SPF and DKIM dns settings too. You might also need to update the mail settings in flarum, on the new server, after the migration and once the email DNS settings have been modified.
To prevent trying to work on the old server I recommend deleting the old files - but at least the config.php - from the old server once you can visit your community on the new server in your browser.

luceos Everything worked great. Now can i redirect the old urls to the new url? Like i have shared the https://example.old/d/10 in many places. Can i redirect https://example.old/d/10 to https://example.new/d/10 ?

mys yes using Cloudflare page rule you can easily do this at DNS level or if you do not use CF try to redirect using htaccess
