A couple of thoughts if they could be of benefit:
Will this envisaged and highly appreciated extension automatically create a user-id, like user_00004562, when a person, say "David Johnson" logs in the first time with a Yahoo-ID? Will it thus be compatible with extensions that give users different privileges and will it be possible to send a private message to someone who has only logged in with an external ID?
