Unable to post or like anything after installation of plugins

I installed flarum on a shared hosting. Everything is fine until I started installing extensions. Extensions installed successfully.

Suddenly Admin and users unable to like or post anything. When they do so, they're getting following error.

oops. Somethingwent wrong . Please reload the page and try again.

I installed extensions using composer.

I have access to shell , Filemanager & Phpmyadmin

PHP version is PHP 7.4 lsphp

I posted only half of it. But it is almost repetitive. So I thought it will be suffice.

Naclu88 those errors seem to stem from the access logs, not the error log. Please follow the instructions from our troubleshooting guide:

The problem is solved. I guess it is because of PWA extension. I deactivated it. Everything is working fine now.
