syntaxbyte I remembered installing the Hardtime extension on 29/7/22. I saw the issue on 30/7/22.
So something did change. And you've installed an extension you didn't know what it did, which broke your community. If you were using passport for authenticating against a oauth2 compliant server, then you do need to reinstall fof/passport. Hardmine might be broken or it might have broken because you did not have passport installed (anymore).
What needs or needn't be installed depends completely on your requirements and wishes.

Well the question is, who is the admin? And did you use fof/passport (log in against an off-site oauth 2 provider) to log in as an admin?
