That split dropdown control indeed looks like the one from my Mass Actions extension.
You can select it with the development tools and inspect the .item-* class name that contains it if you need additional confirmation, all of my extensions use the extension name as prefix, and most use the vendor prefix as well (clarkwinkelmann)
