  • when someone reply my post, why i can not get the notification?

hey guys, is there some settings i should set?

    Do you mean Email notification?
    Did you configured SMTP? double check that!
    Then go to your profile > settings and in notification section check Email notification for a part of forum you need

      Update to the latest version. It was broken in one of the older versions.

        It would be helpful if you posted the output of php flarum info.

          meihuak There could be an error in your logs. It could be an extension conflict, misconfiguration, a lot of things. Do you know where your log file is? It's in Flarum's storage folder.

                  meihuak what email setting do you use? Who is the provider? Are you using your own email address for the forum?

                      luceos i use mailgun, it works, i mean the little speaker in the top right corner

                            meihuak I have all email notifications off, sorry. I check discuss when it suits my schedule several times each hour anyway.

                            Did you check the mail gun debug logs, they can tell you whether the email was sent.

                                    meihuak that is weird, can I try this out? I signed up, can you reply to my post? I'll check back later to confirm.


                                      Seems to work just fine for me, but it does need a refresh because you don't have a websocket running (pusher or realtime extension).

                                        I did not receive notifications for some time, but it was a problem for about 2 days, but then the problem started to come, they will disappear so maybe it will be the same in your case.
