lichengkun135 In the permission settings, I set the permission for allow renaming to unlimited, but for users aside from admins, they could not rename the titles anymore. Any suggestions for solving this issue?
BurnNoticeSpy I also found this didn't work as expected when i was granting renaming title permissions to non-admin users. But it was a while ago now, so i can't remember much more.
luceos I cannot reproduce this here on discuss: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/33393-testing-the-title and we do use indefinitely too. Can you share your settings please?
Teddan luceos Here is the setting in my forum. A normal user can not change their own title unless I set Moderate column’s “rename discussion” to all groups. By doing this a normal user can change all discussions no just their own. Would that be any other setting I am missing?
peopleinside I'm not bale to reproduce now in the testing tag but when I created the following support topic: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/33392-passord-recovery-with-the-username I tried immediately to rename it and I was not able. Is a limitation under the tag? Maybe each tag has to have the permission?
SychO Teddan does the tag in which they can't rename have restricted permissions. If yes that's a previously reported bug which hasn't been solved yet flarum/framework3692
peopleinside Today i posted a new extension proposal here and after created the topic I'm unable to rename the topic so seems an issue that is present on some tags.
