Yesterday I released Nitro Porter 3.2 which fixes & improves the CLI, as well as fixing a bug where the "PdoDB" class couldn't be found in some setups.

I also realized I wasn't getting notifications for discussions on that repo, which I've now fixed.

I currently have data for 4 pending migrations, and am awaiting data for 3 others. Going a bit slower than I'd hoped, but still moving things forward whenever I have time.

We have a rather large forum, custom built, but straightforward with only very few features. 3GB of SQL, roughly 6 million posts (not threads), 700-800 concurrent users online during evening hours, 1 million monthly sessions. I would love to move it to flarum.
As I read you're pretty busy right now... Is there maybe someone you can recommend for a paid migration?
If not what would be the best approach? Learn how Nitro Porter works from the other sources and write one for our case?

Yup, @luceos has you covered. I do think you could use the existing src/Source/* packages as a model and probably move a basic set of discussions, posts, users, and categories over fairly quickly if you have a PHP engineer handy. It's all the other stuff that usually gets more complicated. Unfortuantely I'm not able to assist with custom / bespoke forums, there's just too damn many even limiting it to the distributed ones. 😅

Yuma I added preliminary support in Feb but haven't put it in the latest release, yet. It only does the basics so far.
