Umutcan It would be great if you could describe the problems you currently have, there has been a lot of discussion with SEO and all feedback is welcome, but your request confuses me a bit, I mean beyond your proposal to change the namespace i.e. v17development/flarum-seo -> flarum/seo what exactly do you propose to do when you say "make core updates to seo"?
The frustrating thing is that none of these features come with Flarum.
I think this has already been explained many times, but it's a reality that is not going to change so it's worth explaining it, Flarum is precisely designed to use extensions, everything and every decision that is made revolves around extensibility, I understand that for many people is a very strange concept, because they have not seen it before, but the reality is that it's something common to maintain a healthy development in lots of projects, there are a thousand examples, Magento (current Adobe Commerce), works exactly the same way, in fact I would say it takes it much more to the extreme than Flarum, WordPress is another one, is there anyone using WordPress without plugins, without SEO plugins in 2022? I doubt it.
That's why what I don't quite understand is the frustrating part of it, in what way do you think it hurts you to use an extension?
Back on topic, I'm sure if at some point we manage to define the requirements of things that need to be fixed/improved in SEO either through core or in the v17development extension, it will be very supported, but nobody seems to be able to make that list, so describing exactly what the problems are is the best thing to do until then.
