That's how it works. Content will be hidden and only revealed after expanding, Summary gives a hint about the content beforehand.

Freenixi Looks like it doesn't according to the comments above. But, you could try my extension. It includes a similar BBCode - although, not as visually minimal as this one. But, still fairly minimal looking. It's the accordion one.
