Any extensions where Admin can set a default discussion picture?

I want an extension to set a default discussion picture
And have the option to change the said discussion thread picture to the person who replied last - rather than the original poster

FYI - I need this feature badly, even if it's paid (and reasonably priced). 😃

I would rather prefer a discussion default pic or last posted user pic, but at least there is "last post user avatar" with the small picture.

Wellwisher is not really what you asked for, but this extension can change Thumbnail to the any image you like. It takes first image from the discussion and makes it the default one.

m4v3rick thanks lad. At least this mod shows how something like this can be achieved. However it's not exactly what am looking for.

hrvoje_hr thank you. At the very least @m4v3rick and your suggestions tells me this is an achievable goal. I want an extension that can handle what I've asked.

EVEN if that discussion image only shows the profile picture of the last person who replied, I'd be a very happy turtle. 😂
