Is that simply meaning as in to define the discussions under which tags the AI is allowed to respond?
I suspect that is likely what you meant, although the specific phasing you've used would seem to imply that the AI creates a new discussion and then automatically applies the selected tags to the new AI created discussion, although obviously that wouldn't make sense unless the AI could actually create new discussions.
