FoF Poll : allow multiple votes

I create an another proposal for the extension by @FriendsOfFlarum, FoF Polls, which has a very good basis :

Allow multiple choices

Description :

I use FoF Polls as a base.

It would be nice to allow multiple choices.

Create a button to allow multiple choices above the "Allow people to see who voted" button.

If enabled: multiple answers possible
If disabled: only one answer possible

Permissions would be exactly the same.

I've created a PR at FriendsOfFlarum/polls69.

I believe the voting functionality works well. The questions I leave in that PR are performance repercusions from my new code, how the ability to vote multiple times should be shown to the user (currently it is not at all), and whether to add a max counts field with this changeset.

First of all, thank you for development 🙂

If possible of course, why not add a numeric field to choose the number of votes possible when you tick "Allow users to vote for multiple options" ? 🙂

And for members, we could put the number of votes possible beside the poll title ? Or below it? 🙂

I have added that & improved performance of the endpoint, making it seemingly better than the current logic for single-vote polls.
