Justoverclock There are no logs related to the Blog extension, I found other logs for other extensions but after removing them they did not seem to have any effect on the problem.

ctml Correct, currently testing with only 4 extensions (Blog, Lock, Sticky and Tags).

luceos The problem persists having 60 extensions on one site and 4 on the other, something like that would make a lot of sense, both sites are on the same server/environment.

Operating System: CentOS Linux 8
Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-240.15.1.el8_3.x86_64
Flarum core 0.1.0-beta.16
nginx version: nginx/1.18.0
10.3.27-MariaDB
PHP version: 7.4.16
Loaded extensions: Core, date, libxml, openssl, pcre, zlib, filter, hash, pcntl, readline, Reflection, SPL, session, standard, bz2, calendar, ctype, curl, dom, mbstring, fileinfo, ftp, gd, gettext, iconv, intl, json, exif, mysqlnd, PDO, Phar, SimpleXML, sockets, sodium, sqlite3, tokenizer, xml, xmlwriter, xsl, mysqli, pdo_mysql, pdo_sqlite, xmlreader, Zend OPcache

Is there more information about the environment I should look for?

askvortsov You can see it on flarum.es, click on blog button (flarum.es/blog) to see the posts that are actually in the blog post category.
If you go to flarum.es/all you will see that the blog extension collects the discussions instead of the posts.

Darkle And to confirm, the settings are completely identical? Which site isn't having this issue?

Yes, at least for Flarum, I have been unable to reproduce it even with the same configuration on my xampp server. Which makes a lot of sense to me what luceos suggested.

luceos a case issue (linux environments fatally error with those whereas windows and Mac environments just step over them)

After ruling out problems with extensions @ctml seems to have the same problem

After doing a lot of tests I have not been able to get anything clear. As a surprise on a new xampp server (Windows) without doing anything special the problem has arisen and is reproduced in the same way as in flarum.es so with this I think it can be ruled out that it is a problem in the environment(?).

Note that the server where flarum.es is hosted has been upgraded to PHP 8.0.3 which seems not to influence the problem as it remains the same.

One small detail that I'm sure didn't happen with beta 15 is that the save button of the extension seems to be broken, maybe it could be related? who knows, at least I don't know 😅

I don't know why but this extention makes so on mobile regular Forum Navigation links does not show up

On a wider resolution it goes sideways:

Maybe someone knows how to fix this issue? 🙂

Does anybody faced an issue, when you open a blog forum, recent blogs does not show up unless you click on "blogs" again?

          6 days later

Author Info Box cannot display without login (Flarum Beta-16)

The extension is conflicting with FoF Follow Tags extension (Flarum Beta-16) that return error when publish the new article.

Hi @cuongtran , thank you for all your feedback. Please make sure you also check out the Blog extension GitHub repository, some of your issues have already been reported.

If you find an issue that has been reported, please give it a thumbs up to let us know you are also experiencing the same issue. You can do that for v17development/flarum-blog83 and v17development/flarum-blog64 , and you can create a new issue here regarding to your issue with the FoF Follow Tags extension, sharing some error logs and let us know how to reproduce your issue.

⚠️ Note for everyone reporting issues in this topic:

Your issues might get lost in this topic after more replies and we forget about it. When working on an update of our extensions, we always check the GitHub issue list, not this topic.

This preferation might be different per extension developer, but we at V17 prefer GitHub issues as our issue tracker.

f0rtem We are aware of the issue, this issue is due to a bug in the Flarum core 🙁 You can read more about this here: v17development/flarum-blog85

So I tried installing and got this error:

              Using version 0.3.0 for v17development/flarum-blog
              ./composer.json has been created
              Running composer update v17development/flarum-blog
Loading composer repositories with package information
              Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

              Problem 1
              - Root composer.json requires v17development/flarum-blog 0.3.0 -> satisfiable by v17development/flarum-blog[v0.3.0].
              - v17development/flarum-blog v0.3.0 requires flarum/core 0.1.0-beta.16 -> found flarum/core[dev-master, v0.1.0-beta.16, 0.1.x-dev (alias of dev-master)] but it does not match your minimum-stability.

              Installation failed, deleting ./composer.json.

What do I need to do to fix this?

zdenga Nothing, extensions have a bug with showing profile, tags, category's....

Okay, so how do I finish installing the extension? It does not show up in my Admin area to enable.
