suiming you could try deleting the vendor folder (try renaming it first to not permanently delete it) and run composer install to re-download every dependency fresh.
If it doesn't help, maybe it's a conflict with another extension. I see in the output you still have more outdated/abandoned extensions, though I'm not sure which ones were abandoned then (during beta time) or are abandoned now.
If you are trying to update to the latest Flarum version, I suggest you create a new installation, install the desired extensions and then point the new installation at the old database. Flarum will then offer to update the existing data. Don't forget to make backups along the way.
