Creating groups

The issue

I am trying to create user groups. The doc says,

Admins can also create new groups through the admin dashboard. Users can be added or removed from groups from their user page.

However, I can't find the option to create a new group on the Flarum admin panel under 'users' tab. Is this not a default option?

One more question: is it currently possible that I can associate a particular tag with only certain user group(s)?

For eg: all posts tagged "DevOps" must be accessible to only users within the "Devops" group. Only they should be able to view the "DevOps" home page.

notakoder yes, that's done on the Permissions page as well. The + button at the top of the permission grid allows you to select a tag which will then be a new column (called "scope") in the permission grid. You can then customize the selection on each line of the new column to give permission to your specific group.
